Marjon Law was founded by Marc Jones in 2021.
Marc is a commercially minded and results-driven solicitor.
He is ranked and recommended in legal publications as a leading employment lawyer.
He qualified as a barrister before transferring to become a solicitor.
He sits on the management committee of the Employment Lawyers Association (ELA) and he is the Editor of its monthly magazine ELA Briefing.
He was previously a partner in four firms of solicitors and head of employment in three of them.
As a lawyer, he has worked predominately in the South-East of England but has acted for clients nationwide. He has acted for clients in most sector industries.
He advises on all aspects of employment law and human resources and has done so for over 20 years, with extensive experience in resolving disputes, negotiating settlements, managing risk, providing strategic solutions to employment issues, and representing clients in tribunals and courts.
He has acted as a solicitor/advocate in employment tribunals, the Employment Appeal Tribunal and the Court of Appeal. Some of these cases have been reported in legal journals and in the media.
